Summary

2003-11-05: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that Calgary International Airport has an ongoing wildlife control program and it was in effect at the time of this occurrence. The bird was identified as a curlew, a wading bird of the genus Numenius, posessing a long, slender down-curved bill.
2003-08-13: JZA 8236, a DHC-8, stuck a bird on the landing roll on Runway 10 at Calgary.
