Incident at SU04

Summary

2003-08-12: C-GYXM, a Cessna 185 on floats, was parked at a dock at Bolton Lake when a gust of wind overturned the a/c. The extent of the damage to the a/c is unknown.
2003-08-14: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the a/c was badly damaged due to high winds (100+ kilometers/hr) on 2003/08/09. C-GYXM was tied to the dock at the time and the wind storm overturned it onto the dock surface. The company is in the process of uprighting the a/c without causing additional damage. Further information to follow regarding extent of the damage and repair rectification.
