Summary

2003-08-08: Saskatoon FSS received a report that a parked aircraft had flipped on its back at the General Aviation Apron. Airport security responded and confirmed that C-GBGV, a Cessna 172 had received significant damage. AFF responded. An ELT had started to transmit earlier at 0639Z, co-incidental with wind gusts up to 40 knots at the field. The ELT was turned off at 0807Z.
