Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)
2003-08-12: UPDATE TSB reported that the crew of the Perimeter Airlines Fairchild SA226-TC, C-FSLZ, rejected the takeoff at low speed at Winnipeg, MB. Reportedly, right engine torque and temperature readings were out of limits. The right engine (Garrett TPE331-IOUA-511G-10) was removed for maintenance action and replaced. The aircraft has been returned to service.
2003-08-05: PAG 105, a Metro II, was departing Winnipeg for Norway House when the crew rejected the takeoff due to a power loss in the right engine. TSB will be contacting the company.
