Incident at MEDICINE HAT AB (CYXH) (Bird strike)

Summary

2003-10-30: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that the Medicine Hat Airport Authority has an active wildlife management program in place. This bird might have been killed by a larger species of Hawk, which are in the airport vicinity occasionally.
2003-08-05: A routine runway inspection at Medicine Hat revealed the remains of a sparrow hawk on Runway 03/21. Two Central Mountain Air a/c had arrived and departed prior to the finding, but neither crew had reported a bird strike.
