Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)

Summary

2003-08-01: Maintenance & Manufacturing advised that on the takeoff roll the pilot reported the R/H engine was not developing full power, the takeoff was aborted without incident. A subsequent inspection revealed that the takeoff RPM was too high resulting in the engine being fuel limited by the over-speed governor. The takeoff RPM was adjusted, tested and the aircraft returned to service.
2003-07-29: The pilot of PAG 948, a Turbo Commander, rejected the takeoff at Winnipeg due to an abnormal engine indication. The aircraft taxied back to the apron.
