Summary

2003-07-29: Shortly after departing from Runway 12 the pilot of a Yakovlev Yak-18 realized his fuel caps had not been replaced after refueling so he returned to the airport. Both caps wer recovered and re-attached and normal operations were then resumed. There was no impact on other aircraft.
