Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)

Summary

2003-07-24: C-FRQT, a Beech A36 Bonanza, was taxiing for departure on Runway 13 at Winnipeg. The Ground Controller advised the pilot that he was approaching the hold line for Runway 13 and suggested that he should slow down. The aircraft continued past the hold line by approximately 20 feet. The Ground Controller instructed the pilot to turn around and taxi back past the hold line. A BE55 2 miles on final on Runway 13 continued the approach and landed without incident.
