2003-07-15: While conducting an NDB approach, circling to Runway 21 at Medicine Hat, the pilot of Mustang 90, a Beech King Air, circled to right base then onto final. The pilot was informed by FSS of the left hand traffic pattern. The aircraft had been cleared for an unrestricted approach.
