2003-07-10: The pilot of C-GTZK, a PA-31 Navajo, taxied across Runway 18 at St. Andrews airport after being instructed to contact Tower on 118.5 holding short of Runway 18. Runway 13 was active at the time. No other A/C were inconvenienced.
