2003-08-07: UPDATE TSB reported that as the First Air Lockheed L382G Hercules, registration C-GHPW, was climbing through 13,500 feet, the number 4 propeller low oil light illuminated. The crew secured the number 4 engine (Allison 501-D22A) and returned to Yellowknife without further incident.
