Incident at LLOYDMINSTER AB (CYLL)

Summary

2003-07-04: The student pilot of C-GIDW, a Cessna 172, did one circuit on Runway 25 at Lloydminster and then reported final and a wind check was provided by FSS, 240 degrees 15 gusting 20 knots. After landing, the pilot advised that a gust had swung him over and he landed crooked on the runway and came to a stop on the grass. He taxied back to the hangar. There was no damage to the aircraft or airport property.
