Summary

2003-07-02: NWA1840 departed Runway 09. On initial contact with the Saskatoon Terminal NWA1840 was given a right turn to intercept the Saskatoon 102 degree radial. the aircraft continued on runway heading. When asked NWA1840 advised they had a TCAS warning of an aircraft off to their right and 200 feet above their altitude. NWA1840 did not observe any traffic and there were no observed radar targets
