Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)
2003-07-02: The crew of PAG 942, a Metro II, rejected their takeoff at Winnipeg due to a locked propeller. The aircraft taxied off the runway, corrected the problem and departed without further incident at 2054Z.
2003-07-07: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that when the power levers were advanced, the crew realized that they had not successfully taken the r/h prop off of the start locks. They taxied off the runway, disengaged the R/H prop from the locks using the normal procedure and returned for the departure.
