Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

Summary

2003-06-25: SARSAT and overflying flights identified an active ELT signal at Calgary International Airport. CASARA was tasked to find the source and after a search of 1.3 hours, the signal was located coming from C-FTML, a parked Mitsubishi MU2. The ELT was accidentally activated when it was installed a few hours earlier.
