2003-06-24: The pilot of C-GGGP, a Cessna 152, was on a VFR flight from Steinbach and entered Class D airspace at Winnipeg without notifying ATC 30 minutes prior, as required in the Canada Flight Supplement. All non-flight planned aircraft are to provide prior notice to ATC in order to be assigned a transponder code.
