Summary

2003-06-23: The pilot of C-GBMQ, a float-equipped Champion 7, requested taxi instructions at 1637Z for departure from Schwatka Lake, which is inside the Whitehorse control zone. He did not receive any further instructions from the tower nor did not report airborne or leaving the zone on either Tower or MF frequency (CARS 600.100). Confirmation of departure was received from another operator on the water.
