Incident at THOMPSON MB (CYTH)


2003-06-23: SGK 922, a Cessna 441, was on a local VFR training flight at Thompson when the crew called 15 NM north at 1623Z with 1 engine failed. ERS responded and the a/c landed safely at 1628. No other a/c were delayed. TSB will contact the company.
2003-06-27: UPDATE TSB reported that the Skyward Aviation Cessna 441, C-FSKG, was on a maintenance test flight in the vicinity of Thompson, MB. During a required engine shutdown check the un-feathering pump failed and a single engine landing was required. ERS was placed on standby.
