Incident at IQALUIT NU (CYFB)

Summary

2003-06-20: N884L, a corporate Gulstream IV, was inbound to Iqaluit from San Jose, CA and the crew was cleared for an approach by Montreal ACC and instructed to contact Iqaluit FSS. The crew did not contact FSS, which attempted to communicate with the crew on the appropriate frequencies, but was unsuccessful. The flight landed at 0334Z with no contact and the crew later said that Montreal ACC gave then the wrong frequency to call FSS, but they did not attempt to verify the frequency with ACC.
