Summary

2003-06-16: The crew of CAF 341, a military CC-130 Hercules enroute IFR from Brandon to Winnipeg advised they were shutting down the number 3 engine. They declared an emergency but did not require any equipment to be called out. Tower was advised and following procedures, the CFR equipment was asked to be on standby. The flight landed without incident on Runway 31 at 1535Z. No other flights were inconvenienced.
