Incident at REGINA INTL SK (CYQR)

Summary

2003-06-16: The pilot of the Cessna 310, C-GNSL, was flight-planned IFR from Regina to Calgary and he was cleared to (and read back) maintain 10,000 feet. At 1936 when the a/c was 25 miles west of YQR, it was observed on radar climing out of 10,000 feet. When asked, the pilot requested 12,000 feet. He was re-cleared to maintain 12,000 feet. No other a/c were involved.
