Summary

2003-06-12: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that shortly after takeoff, one engine began running rough. Troubleshooting by maintenance revealed that a portion of the o-ring that seals the air bleed shroud on one fuel injector had broken away and was fouling the injector, causing the engine to run rough. The injector assembly was cleaned and the o-ring was replaced.
2003-06-11: WEW 1680, a Cessna 401, departed from Runway 15 at Saskatoon and shortly after, the pilot advised the Tower that he was returning due to a problem, the nature of which was not offered. The Tower activated emergency services and the aircraft landed safely at 2300Z. When taxiing in, the pilot advised it was a slight mechanical problem. Nt other aircraft were inconvenienced.
