2003-06-13: UPDATE TSB reported that the Hawker Siddeley HS 748, C-GSBF operated by Calm Air as flight CAV 7523, was taxiing for departure at Winnipeg as the Winnipeg International Air Show was ending. The crew was given taxi instructions to hold short of several taxiways, and was eventually instructed by ground to taxi via Charlie Taxiway to Runway 31. The aircraft was taxied onto the threshold of Runway 31 without authorization while the 8-plane Snowbird formation was turning base leg and had been cleared to land by Tower.
