Incident at BRANDON MUNI MB (CYBR)

Summary

2003-06-12: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the left hand outer main wheel assembly was replaced with a serviceable built-up unit. The removed tire was found to have been skidded off.
2003-06-09: Brandon FSS observed the port outboard wheel on SGK 680T, a Beech King Air, not turning and leaving a rubber mark on the asphalt during a power turn on the apron as taxied for departure. The pilot was advised and while performing a visual inspection, discovered the tire in question to be flat. SGK 680T returned to the apron and shut down. There was no impact on airport operations.
