Summary

2003-05-15: The pilot of C-GOKL, a Bell 212 helicopter, drove a vehicle onto the ramp at Tuktoyaktuk without an AVOP.
2003-07-04: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that most of the Canadian Helicopters personnel, including engineers and pilots have Airside Operator Vehicle Permits (AVOP). The Inuvik base manager for the company will investigate this occurrence and get back to Aerodrome Safety. The necessity of obtaining an AVOP before being allowed to operate a vehicle on the airside was discussed with the base manager, who will send TC a report on this matter.
