Incident at RED DEER REGIONAL AB (CYQF)

Summary

2003-05-14: During a local test flight at Red Deer, the left engine (Pratt & Whitney R2800-79) on the Air Spray Ltd. Douglas A-26B Invader began to run rough at cruise power settings. The engine was shut down and secured as a precaution. The aircraft returned to base and landed without further incident. Maintenance found one spark plug had backed out from the cylinder head.
