Summary

2003-05-09: C-GPZN, a Lake LA-4 Buccaneer, was on final to Runway 33 at Saskatoon when the pilot advised the Tower of an unsafe gear indication (no green light). After re-cycling the gear several times with no success, the pilot elected to fly to Blackstrap Lake approximately 25 NM southeast, land on the lake, check the gear, and then return to Saskatoon, where the aircraft landed at 0337Z without incident.
