Incident at SASKATOON / JOHN G. DIEFENBAKER INTL SK (CYXE)
2003-05-13: UPDATE The company reported that the flight crew noticed a nosewheel vibration during takeoff. They subsequently did a high-speed taxi test with no problem and departed uneventfully for Calgary. Maintenance in Calgary could find no fault but changed the nosegear tires and re-bushed the gear assembly as a precaution.
2003-05-06: ALZ 702, a Metro II, was taking off on Runway 15 at Saskatoon, when the crew noticed a nose wheel vibration and rejected the takeoff. They taxied the a/c back to the hangar. The cause of the gear problem is not known.
