Incident at LLOYDMINSTER AB (CYLL)

Summary

2003-04-30: Between 0250Z and 0255Z, Lloydminster FSS heard carrier tones without voice on the MF 122.2Mhz. At 0257Z, the pilot of C-FKVO, a Cessna 140, called via a cell phone to advise of radio failure and that he was inbound for landing. FSS provided advisory information and advised other aircraft of the NORDO a/c. C-FKVO arrived at Lloydminster without incident at 0300Z.
