Incident at RANKIN INLET NU (CYRT)

Summary

2003-04-28: FAB 962, a B737, was taxiing for departure from Rankin Inlet when the crew taxied onto Runway 31 without an advisory. Another a/c, a HS 748 was backtracking on Runway 31 at the time. FSS confirmed with the crew of the HS 748 that they had the traffic. The crew of FAB 962 subsequently called for an advisory and clearance.
