Incident at HIGH LEVEL AB (CYOJ)

2003-04-24: At 0035Z, the pilot of C-FKOX, a Bell 206, attempted to contact High Level FSS on 123.25 Mhz. The FSS was unable to respond because of the helicopter's microphone stuck and remained transmitting on the frequency. VMPR 05 was inbound from Cold Lake and the crew broadcast intentions, and they indicated that they were picking up an open mike.
