Summary

2003-04-17: The pilot of SGK 335, a Cessna 414, requested taxi clearance from Apron 2 to Runway 13 at Winnipeg. The pilot was instructed to taxi via Taxiway C and to hold short of Runway 31. The aircraft crossed the hold lines for Runway 31 by approximately 100 feet and the pilot was instructed to stop by the Ground Controller. PAG 502, a Metro II, was 1/2 mile on final for Runway 13 at the opposite end of 13/31 and had been cleared to land. The crew of PAG 502 was advised of the position of SGK 335 and continued their approach and landing.
