Summary

2003-04-09: Victoria RCC was advised by Edmonton Area Control Centre of an activated ELT at Whitehorse airport. The local CASARA unit was tasked to search and the signal was discovered coming from C-IBSE, a parked Birdman Chinook ultralight a/c. The signal was turned off. Ground search time was 1.5 hours.
