Summary

2003-04-07: At 1729Z, the crew of CFC 2211, a military CC-130 Hercules enroute from Calgary to Winnipeg, declared an emergency due to one engine shut down. No assistance was required. ETA at Winnipeg 1940Z. At approximatly 1915Z, the crew requested the AFF to stand by. The flight landed safely at 1938Z with the AFF standing by.
