Incident at Boise, ID


2003-04-02: The Boeing 737-200 aircraft, registration C-GEWJ, operating as WestJet WJA 901, was in cruise flight en route from Calgary to Las Vegas. In the vicinity of Boise, Idaho, a passenger suffered a seizure. A paramedic and a nurse on board attempted to stabilize the passenger, but his condition continued to deteriorate. The captain decided to divert to Boise, and landed without incident. They were met by paramedics and police, and the passenger was taken to a hospital.
