Incident at WINNIPEG / ST. ANDREWS MB (CYAV)

Summary

2003-03-13: The pilot of C-GJKX, a flying club Cessna 172 had rented the a/c for a local VFR flight at St. Andrews. The active runway was Runway 13, however the pilot crossed Runway 18 while taxiing to the active and he had not been cleared to cross Runway 18. He called when ready at Runway 13. No other a/c were affected. The CFI of the flying club was advised of the incident and will counsel the pilot about the incursion.
