, a Cessna 206, was inbound VFR to High Level from Inuvik and the pilot contacted the FSS 11 NM north of the airport. An advisory was provided for Runway 31. The pilot indicated that he would join right hand downwind for Runway 31. FSS advised that circuits were left hand at High Level as per the Canada Flight Supplement. The pilot indicated that he would join left hand for Ruwnay 31. At 0032Z C-GFCV
was observed joining a right base for Runway 31. C-GFCV
landed on Runway 31 without incident. After landing, FSS staff asked the pilot on the MF to call the Specialist, however there was no response from the pilot. Later, when the pilot was at the fuel supplier, he called FSS to discuss his flight plan and he was then informed that an occurrence report would be filed. At that point, it was reported that he 'lost his temper' and became verbally abusive to the Specialist.
