2003-03-06: UPDATE Aerodrome Safety reported that APM for Medicine Hat Airport advised that the malfunction was caused due to water freezing in the transformer pulpit. Apparently, some connections were not properly sealed and when the water froze, the connections seperated. Lights were serviceable at 1800 hours local time on March 3, 2003. A NOTAM was issued.
