Summary

2003-02-27: Air One inquired of FSS who was maneouvering on Taxiway Delta. FSS advised they were not aware of anyone so the local airport people were called to check it out. It was subsequently discovered that C-FLRD, a Beech A100, was out there doing taxi checks but had not contacted FSS because of alleged radio problems. The aircraft went back to the hangar with no impact on operations.
