2003-02-26: C-GWLH, a Piper PA-46, was abeam Edmonton Intl. enroute to City Centre airport when the pilot indicated that he had a rough running engine. The pilot indicated that his intention was to land at Edmonton Intl. Priority service was provided. A minute later the pilot indicated that the engine had smoothed out and he wished to continue to Edmonton City Centre. C-GWLH landed on Runway 34 without incident at 0019Z. Three arriving aircraft were delayed up to 5 minutes to facilitate the arrival of C-GWLH.
2003-03-17: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the AMO at City Centre found that the mags were corroded inside and that when they were changed, the aircraft was ok. The aircraft is not maintained at this AMO so the AME was not able to provide the time on the mags. They did not submit an SDR. M. & M. left a message with the company that owns the aircraft to get back to TC so that we can prompt an SDR.
