Summary

2003-02-20: AWI 541 (Air Wisconsin), a Canadair RJ-100, departed Winnipeg to Denver at 1524Z. At 1527Z the crew declared an emergency due to an indication light that a service door was open and possible pressurization problems. Airport Fire Fighting was activated. The aircraft landed safely at 1537Z. One training flight was inconvenienced. TSB to update.
2003-02-21: TSB advised that Air Wisconsin 541, a Canadair 600-2B19 RJ, departed Winnipeg en route to Denver. At liftoff, the crew received a ""service door unlocked"" warning. The crew declared an emergency, and came around and landed without further incident. Maintenance tests were conducted, but no fault was found. The operator indicated that the door may not have been fully latched before departure.
