Summary

2003-02-14: While on an IFR flight from Holman to Sachs Harbour, the crew of AKK 101, a Beech King Air, advised they were having difficulty with the landing gear. It appeared to be functioning, but the crew was not confident and diverted the flight to Inuvik. On arrival at Inuvik, a low and over was conducted. After this the crew landed without incident at 0018Z.
2003-03-04: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the operator advised that the aircraft had a gear indication fault and wiring was found to be shorted in the under-floor area. The faulty wiring was replaced, the system checked and the aircraft returned to service.
