Incident at YELLOWKNIFE NT (CYZF)

Summary

2003-02-12: FAB 8010 had departed Yellowknife at 1424Z for Koala and then the crew requested clearance back at 1458Z because of smoke in the cockpit. Emergency Services were put on standby and the aircraft landed safely at 1510Z.
2005-08-16: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the smoke in the cockpit originated from the port cabin supercharger. Supercharger lubrication oil entered the impeller cavity as a result of an internal failure. The supercharger was replaced and the aircraft returned to service.
