Summary

2003-01-30: The crew of KBA 102, a Beech King Air 100, taxied for Runway 31T at Gjoa Haven without receiving an advisory from the CARS Observer/Communicatior. The O/C initiated a call but no reply was heard. KBA 102 then departed at 1833Z and later contacted North Bay FSS at 1841Z to activate their flight plan.
