Incident at GRANDE PRAIRIE AB (CYQU)

Summary

2003-01-29: C-GIRG, a Cessna 185, entered the zone at Grande Prairie and landed on Runway 29 without contact being established on Mandatory Frequency. The pilot advised that he had been calling without response for about 13 minutes. FSS equipment was operating normally. Truck 85, which was on the opposite end of the arrival runway, departed the runway when the traffic was observed landing.
