Incident at PRINCE ALBERT (GLASS FIELD) SK (CYPA)
2003-01-28: The pilot of C-GJZO, a Cessna 206, received a departure advisory from Prince Albert FSS for a VFR flight to St. Brieux, which included the preferred Runway 26. Wind was 320 degrees at 10 knots. The pilot then elected to use Runway 08. During the takeoff run, the aircraft became airborne part way down the runway, but did not gain altitude, and landed back on the runway. The pilot advised FSS that 'the airplane was not working properly' and he would depart Runway 26. The aircraft departed from Runway 26 without incident at 2113Z.
2003-02-04: UPDATE TSB reported that the Cessna TU206G was taking off from Prince Albert on Runway 08. The preferred runway was Runway 26, as the wind was 320 degrees true at 10 knots. As the aircraft became airborne, the pilot noted that the fuel pressure gauge was reading high, 'in the red'. The pilot advised that the aircraft was not working properly and landed on the remaining runway. The pilot then departed on Runway 26. Information provided indicated that the fuel pressure gauge was reading 'in the green' on the second departure.
