Summary

2003-01-22: BLS 345, a Metro III, departed from Winnipeg Airport IFR to Kenora and the crew reported smoke in cockpit approximately 15 miles east of Winnipeg. The aircraft returned to Winnipeg and landed on Runway 31 at 1810Z. No other aircraft were delayed. The a/c had 3,000 lbs of fuel on board. AFF responded at the crew's request. TSB will be contacting the company.
