Summary

2003-01-21: KBA 296, a Beech King Air 100, landed at Resolute Bay after a flight from Cambridge Bay and the crew reported a frozen brake. They were unable to taxi off the runway and the aircraft was subsequently towed to the ramp. There was no impact on other traffic.
