Summary

2003-01-20: At 0115Z, C-FRSC, a Beech Travelair, landed on Runway 21 at Medicine Hat. After coming to a complete stop, the pilot informed FSS that aircraft had a blown tire and needed assistance to hangar area. The aircraft was towed off the runway. No impact on operations.
