Summary

2003-01-13: C-GRAY, a DA-20, sustained a frozen brake upon landing on Runway 31 at Winnipeg. The pilot was able to taxi off Runway 31 onto Runway 36 and came to a stop between Runways 07 and 31. Assistance was rendered by maintenance personnel and the aircraft was able to taxi to the apron under its own power. Runway 36 was unavailable for use for about 50 minutes and advertised as such on the ATIS. No other aircraft were inconvenienced. The active runway was 31.
